Abstract
Questo sul “tethered swimming” è il primo di una serie di approfondimenti sulla preparazione fisica del nuotatore. Nei prossimi articoli presenteremo le metodiche per lo sviluppo della forza in questo campo, sia a carattere generale sia speciale. Saranno illustrati i diversi modelli, le considerazioni sulle ricerche eseguite e le ipotesi ancora sperimentali. Parte di questi lavori sono tratte da lezioni svolte ai Corsi Magistrali in “Scienza e Tecnica delle Attività Sportive”, tenuti presso la Facoltà di Scienze Motorie di Bologna. Alcune sperimentazioni sono riprese ed elaborate da articoli scientifici o eseguite presso i laboratori, per lo studio del movimento in acqua, della Facoltà stessa.
